CONTINUITY OF CARE

Small friends that come to Small Friends Veterinary Hospital will be seen by one of only three vets, Dr Matt, Dr Melissa or Dr Sally, each and every time. Being a small practice Dr Matt, Dr Melissa, Dr Sally and the rest of the Small Friends team are able to dedicate time each and every day to discussing your small friend’s cases. This special effort we make to ensure continuity of care, is important to all staff at Small Friends Veterinary Hospital and is an important part of the “small friends way”. Whether it be during a routine consultation or an emergency, you can rest assured Dr Matt, Dr Melissa and Dr Sally will know your small friend’s medical history. 

As Small Friends Veterinary Hospital is attached to Dr Matt’s home should your small friend need to be hospitalised overnight you can feel at ease knowing that their vet is right there with them.
