AQIS require that they be notified via a ‘Notice of Intention’ at least 10 days prior to export.

Appt	Time	Procedure
1	At least 3 weeks before departure	• Microchip implantation, and  • Rabies Vaccine administered
2	1-5 days before departure	• Parasite treatment
3	Within 24 hours of  departure	• Clinical Examination, and  • Health certificate issued
