How did your owner decide they wanted a small friend and that you would be the right small friend for them?
My Mum decided her other purr-y friend needed a companion. She just came to take a look at me and my huge family but didn’t intend to take any of us home. Then our breeder fed us a snack of grated cheese and I made sure I was first there so I would be noticed…it worked, she took me home (and I still like grated cheese).
Where did your owner find you?
I was living with my brothers and sisters (as well as my cousins and aunts and uncles) and it was getting a bit crowded at our house…..but then I had to do the trip in the car without a box and I was very scared.
How did your owner choose your name?
My Mum thought I was so handsome she named me after her first boyfriend at school.
What do you enjoy doing?
I love rolling about in the sun, hiding under the plants in the veggie patch or sitting on a chair under the table in the pergola. Mum and Dad usually know where to find me when it’s dinner time. I also like having a haircut once a year as my hair gets so long, I can’t possibly keep it in check.
Do you have a favourite treat, spot or toy?
I like to tease my Westie (West Highland White Terrier) friends Jorja and Badger by rubbing my back and tail over their faces. I also watch them play chase and sometimes I even join in.
What do you think makes you so special to your owner?
My Dad says I am the cutest little bloke he’s ever come across and I love him so much I keep his belly warm at night when he lies on the bed watching telly.
Are there any funny or interesting stories about you that you can share with us?
Well, there’s the time I pounced on Jorja my Westie friend when she was a puppy…I was bigger than her then and I flattened her. Mum and Dad thought it was very funny.
