How did your owner decide they wanted a small friend and that you would be the right small friend for them?
After my owner’s dog died they decided they wanted another family pet. They decided they would like a cat as they wanted an indoor pet that would love cuddles. They adopted me first (Mia) and then almost a year later they got my brother Max
How did your owner choose your name?
They chose both our names the same way. All four of my owners put a name of choice down on a piece of paper and then voted for the ones they liked best. The names with the highest votes got chosen.
What do you enjoy doing?I love anywhere where I can stretch out in the sun. My favourite toy is one of my owners Nerf bullets, my owners find them all over the house… especially inside their shoes or under the front door mat. Max loves the very top of his cat pole in the tiniest spot he can squeeze himself into. When he wants to play he loves straws the best!
What do you think makes you so special to your owner?
My owners love me because I like to sit on their laps and purr – I also like to talk to them. Max is just a special cat altogether. They love him because he is really funny. He tends to slip over, fall over or just plain make a fool of himself.
Are there any funny or interesting stories about you that you can share with us?
When I relax and fall into a deep sleep I tend to lose my balance and fall off my owners lap or anything I am sleeping on. One day Max was running around like a crazy cat outside in the garden and wasn’t watching where he was going and ran into a pole on the pergola. He didn’t hurt himself but he looked very funny when it happened. He did get lots of cuddles though after just in case he hurt his head
